Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March. Not only was he super competitive on price, has extensive knowledge on the area and did a fabulous report in good time. Dan from Roskilly Surveyors Ltd made our recent house buying experience so much easier.
At all times Dan was easy to talk to and easy to reach. He gave us the time we needed and explained everything to us in ways that were easy to understand.
He went the extra mile for us on more than one occasion.
Our surveys were detailed and very thorough, we knew we were in good, competent and professional hands.
We had 2 surveys carried out by him, the first brought unwanted news which he sensitively helped us to reach the conclusion to walk away (we would have ended up in a house that cost us more in repairs than we had). The second was great and we went ahead.
Dan has made the stress of surveys so much easier and we really appreciate all he has done for us. More than worth the price he charges for the service received!

I highly recommend Roskilly Surveyors if you require a RICS valuation report.
