Dan was of great help and offered a super speedy service, it wasn’t the news we hoped for with the survey but he helped clear up some questions after the fact. Would recommend to anyone who needed a survey done.

Dan from Roskilly Surveyors Ltd made our recent house buying experience so much easier.
At all times Dan was easy to talk to and easy to reach. He gave us the time we needed and explained everything to us in ways that were easy to understand.
He went the extra mile for us on more than one occasion.
Our surveys were detailed and very thorough, we knew we were in good, competent and professional hands.
We had 2 surveys carried out by him, the first brought unwanted news which he sensitively helped us to reach the conclusion to walk away (we would have ended up in a house that cost us more in repairs than we had). The second was great and we went ahead.

First class service from Dan, who provided a full and detailed report with a great selection of images of the roof and chimney having used a drone. This is the first time we’ve seen a drone used for this purpose, and for us it really made all the difference. After receiving his report, we had some questions. Dan took his time to explain everything clearly and concisely and ensured we were happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone and are relieved that we chose him to do our survey.
