Despite me needing to postpone the survey on a couple of occasions, Dan made arrangements swiftly and efficiently to perform the survey within the requested timeframe. He subsequently delivered an extremely clear and comprehensive report which has helped immensely. Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.
