Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March. Not only was he super competitive on price, has extensive knowledge on the area and did a fabulous report in good time. Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.
