Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.

Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase.
