We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. His subsequent report for our property was informative and highlighted a couple of areas which we will be broaching with our potential seller in due course. Dan did a great job on our house survey in Hayle. He got back to me quickly with a quote, arranged the survey in good time and provided a very thorough report, even using a drone to see areas that couldn't be reached. He was great at answering any questions I had and gave me a run down of key issues before providing a more more detailed report. I would definitely recommend him. Unfortunately our purchase fell through but I will be using his services again when we hopefully find our next property.

I highly recommend Roskilly Surveyors if you require a RICS valuation report. After visiting the property and having the patience to answer my many questions, we were happy with the very thorough valuation report received. The report was received well within the advised time period. Excellent service; very helpful and efficient.

I did lots of research on which surveyor to use in Cornwall and Dan roskilly had the best reviews - and now I understand why. I have been impressed with his outstanding service. He was very easy to contact and very keen to help and give advice. He was flexible and worked round the sellers Diary. I got the report back very quick and The report itself was of high quality. We went for a level 3 survey just to be extra careful and dan looked into every detail in the house. Dan always puts the customer first and is very accommodating. When ever I contacted him I always heard back within the day. I could not recommend him more!!!
