I did lots of research on which surveyor to use in Cornwall and Dan roskilly had the best reviews - and now I understand why. I have been impressed with his outstanding service. He was very easy to contact and very keen to help and give advice. He was flexible and worked round the sellers Diary. I got the report back very quick and The report itself was of high quality. We went for a level 3 survey just to be extra careful and dan looked into every detail in the house. Dan always puts the customer first and is very accommodating. When ever I contacted him I always heard back within the day. I could not recommend him more!!!

Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.

Dan surveyed a house for us that was in need of total renovation. The survey was very thorough, the report was very clearly laid out and easy to understand (and included some very useful drone photographs). Our follow-up call with Dan to discuss the report was extremely useful - he was able to recommend appropriate processes, materials and local specialists. Although the house was a major project, Dan was able to offer re-assurance and some great advice. Thanks Dan - money well spent.
