We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney. First class service from Dan, who provided a full and detailed report with a great selection of images of the roof and chimney having used a drone. This is the first time we’ve seen a drone used for this purpose, and for us it really made all the difference. After receiving his report, we had some questions. Dan took his time to explain everything clearly and concisely and ensured we were happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone and are relieved that we chose him to do our survey.
