We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. His subsequent report for our property was informative and highlighted a couple of areas which we will be broaching with our potential seller in due course. Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney. Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.
