Dan carried out a level 3 survey on a property for us. Not only is he a very nice person to deal with, he's also very professional and helpful. The survey was extremely detailed and thorough, He took his time and properly inspected the property inspecting every nook and crannies. A few days later we got a detailed and comprehensive report . His fee was very reasonable and fair, we could not be happier.

Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney.
