We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. Dan from Roskilly Surveyors Ltd made our recent house buying experience so much easier.
At all times Dan was easy to talk to and easy to reach. He gave us the time we needed and explained everything to us in ways that were easy to understand.
He went the extra mile for us on more than one occasion.
Our surveys were detailed and very thorough, we knew we were in good, competent and professional hands.
We had 2 surveys carried out by him, the first brought unwanted news which he sensitively helped us to reach the conclusion to walk away (we would have ended up in a house that cost us more in repairs than we had). The second was great and we went ahead.
Dan has made the stress of surveys so much easier and we really appreciate all he has done for us. More than worth the price he charges for the service received!

Dan did a great job on our house survey in Hayle. He got back to me quickly with a quote, arranged the survey in good time and provided a very thorough report, even using a drone to see areas that couldn't be reached. He was great at answering any questions I had and gave me a run down of key issues before providing a more more detailed report. I would definitely recommend him. Unfortunately our purchase fell through but I will be using his services again when we hopefully find our next property.

Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney.
