Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. First class service from Dan, who provided a full and detailed report with a great selection of images of the roof and chimney having used a drone. This is the first time we’ve seen a drone used for this purpose, and for us it really made all the difference. After receiving his report, we had some questions. Dan took his time to explain everything clearly and concisely and ensured we were happy. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone and are relieved that we chose him to do our survey.

Dan carried out a level 3 survey on a property for us. Not only is he a very nice person to deal with, he's also very professional and helpful. The survey was extremely detailed and thorough, He took his time and properly inspected the property inspecting every nook and crannies. A few days later we got a detailed and comprehensive report . His fee was very reasonable and fair, we could not be happier.
