I came across Dan through a recommendation form a local estate agent. Once I had contacted him the whole process took just over 2 weeks from instruction to him providing the completed survey, which in any climate if you ask me is pretty good! From the off very personable and extremely helpful in all aspects of my instruction. Great value for money!

We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. Dan Roskilly was easy to get in contact with and responsive with giving me a quote for my house survey. He explained the process and was reassuring. The survey was undertaken within a week and the results back to me in the promised time frame. He set report out in a way which is very easy to understand. It also included lots of pictures to show what he was discussing and made reasonable recommendations. I'm very happy with the service I received and would recommend him to others.
