I came across Dan through a recommendation form a local estate agent. Once I had contacted him the whole process took just over 2 weeks from instruction to him providing the completed survey, which in any climate if you ask me is pretty good! From the off very personable and extremely helpful in all aspects of my instruction. Great value for money!

Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March. Not only was he super competitive on price, has extensive knowledge on the area and did a fabulous report in good time. But he was also really helpful and patient with all our concerns, even advising us weeks after he had finished his report and been paid. Thanks Dan!

I did lots of research on which surveyor to use in Cornwall and Dan roskilly had the best reviews - and now I understand why. I have been impressed with his outstanding service. He was very easy to contact and very keen to help and give advice. He was flexible and worked round the sellers Diary. I got the report back very quick and The report itself was of high quality. We went for a level 3 survey just to be extra careful and dan looked into every detail in the house. Dan always puts the customer first and is very accommodating. When ever I contacted him I always heard back within the day. I could not recommend him more!!!

We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. His subsequent report for our property was informative and highlighted a couple of areas which we will be broaching with our potential seller in due course.
