Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March. We both first met Dan when he conducted a survey at our house for our house buyer and because of how he conducted himself at our property we then engaged him in conducting a survey on behalf of us for our potential property purchase. Dan was recommended to me by my Estate Agent in Newquay. He suggested an appropriate survey for the pre 1950's house that I was wishing to purchase. The report was emailed to me within the time frame and the content was extremely detailed with excellent quality drone photographs of the house, roof and chimney.
