Once I had contacted him the whole process took just over 2 weeks from instruction to him providing the completed survey, which in any climate if you ask me is pretty good! First class service from Dan, who provided a full and detailed report with a great selection of images of the roof and chimney having used a drone. This is the first time we’ve seen a drone used for this purpose, and for us it really made all the difference. After receiving his report, we had some questions.
