Dan did the survey on a little cottage in conservation area for us back in March. Not only was he super competitive on price, has extensive knowledge on the area and did a fabulous report in good time. Dan surveyed a house for us that was in need of total renovation. The survey was very thorough, the report was very clearly laid out and easy to understand (and included some very useful drone photographs). Our follow-up call with Dan to discuss the report was extremely useful - he was able to recommend appropriate processes, materials and local specialists. Although the house was a major project, Dan was able to offer re-assurance and some great advice. Thanks Dan - money well spent.
